Program Concept Papers

From time-to-time, the Council establishes new initiatives, and re-conceptualizes and re-designs existing programs and ministries. Our Program Commission and Board members often find it helpful to understand the concepts of the initiative when there is a narrative prepared. So, we thought that it would be good to make those narratives available - as
they are prepared.
