Refugee Services became a program of the Minnesota Council of Churches in 1984, and is a part of the network for two national resettlement agencies, Church World Service and Episcopal Migration Ministries. Refugee Services is suppported thorugh contracts and grants from local, state and federal funders. The program provides a range of services to refugees and asylees in Minnesota.
