Prescription discount cards are available for Ramsey County residents who do not have health insurance, including those who do not yet have active MA or who is not eligible for state-funded medical coverage.
The average discount is 20%. A good majority of pharmacies particpate in this county-based discount program. These cards can also be used to mail-order certain medications in 3-month supplies which offers an average savings of about 50%.

Is this program the same as the Ramsey County Rx – Prescription Discount Card? I have not had much luck with this card…ANy information and/or insights will be most appreciated.
