Description of Services: “Courage Center provides a full continuum of care for children, adolescents, adults and their families, including inpatient, community-based and outpatient therapy, as well as integration back into the community.”
Cost: Outpatient Medical Therapy Services take the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota, Medica Health Plans, UCARE Minnesota, Preferred One, Healthpartners, Medicare, Minnesota Medical Assistance, Patient Choice, Metropolitan Health Plan, SelectCare-LaborCare, Aetna (through Select Care network), United HealthCare (through Select Care network), Cigna – Healthpartners Alliance, TriWest, United Behavioral Health, Behaviorial Health Plan
