Meditation is used as a healing technique. Through dialogues, discussions, and healing sessions, members acquire awareness of the fact that their problems and issues they encounter with regards to emotional, psychological, and spiritual health are universal in nature.

Individual and collective healing session are provided. Teachings are delivered in English, while the healing chanting is done in Pali. Different chants are used for different ailments, i.e. pregnant women, children, illness.

Payment/Cost: They offer their services for “Dana”, or generosity. Any donation is sufficient.

Bicultural staff: Monks are of Sri Lankan descent.

Geographic or other restrictions: New participants are required to call Ven. Witiyala Seewalie Thera at 612-522-1811 before they come.
