The Park ElderCenter is a place that offers a wide range of services to support the health and independence of older adults.

Monday through Friday: 8:30 am-3:30 pm (except for holidays)

Programs include:
Health and nutrition
Food distribution program, for individuals 55+, provided every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.
Exercise classes
AA support group
Education and cultural events
Workshops on wellness topics
Computer lab with internet. Adults 50+ may use lab when there is no class
Volunteer opportunities
Social work services
Somali community connection
Provides Somali participants with a forum to discuss concerns, needs and barriers to understanding and seeks to connect older adults with community resources
Caregiver support services
Hmong elder connections
Individual help and support, group activities and an adult day service.

Park ElderCenter produces a quarterly newsletter listing updates and programs and a monthly calendar. Call for more information.

Language/Translation: Somali and Hmong

Payment/Cost: Participants are encouraged by not required to become Center members for an annual membership fee of $10. Some programs have small suggested donations to help cover costs. These costs are noted in the Center newsletter.
