African Outreach Health Center: provides sensitive medical care to women related to family planning, testing, and other needs. Open 2:00 to 6:00 pm Wednesdays at the Brooklyn Park location. Walk-ins welcome. Call ahead (651-216-4389) if an interpreter is needed.
