Day 2: Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment

Using a case study format, participants learn about considerations and “bypass” strategies for working with refugees who present with psychological difficulties, including PTSD and anxiety disorders, Major depressive disorders and Psychotic disorders. Clinicians experienced in refugee mental health  guide these hands-on discussions.
