Living Reconciliation event to feature Rev. Dr. Curtiss DeYoung

The following is shared from the Plymouth Center for Reconciliation...

RIGHTING WRONGS: REPAIRING OUR COMMUNITIES

Can our communities truly thrive? For everyone? Everywhere?

What will it take? What can I do?

One aspect of our PCR over-arching vision is to revitalize communities through the ministry of reconciliation. As the prophet Isaiah envisions: "They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations." (Isaiah 61:4)

How can we participate in this challenging and vital work?

Dr. Curtiss DeYoung, CEO of the Minnesota Council of Churches (MCC) and longtime friend of the Pilgrim Center will lead us in an interactive conversation to explore these urgent questions. The MCC is currently launching a 10-year community focused Reconciliation Initiative in Minnesota to repair foundations that have been devastated for generations.

What can we learn? What steps can we take?

We would love to have you join us for this important conversation at our next:
